What happens if an item is lost?
If an item is lost in the post, we will work with you to find the article. If a lost article was sent by registered post, it may take some time to process a refund or replacement. International Express post is the same.Please note that no compensation is available at all if you write down the wrong shipping address.
All items are sent with tracking numbers, and signatures are required. If you are not home, the package will usually go to the nearest post office for collection. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they are able to pick up the item from the post office within a week of attempted delivery. If the item is not picked up within this period, it will then make its way back to us. The items will be returned to us via regular post (which can take up to 4~6 months). When the item is returned to us we can give you store credit for the item minus the postage fees it cost us to send, and also any fees we might have encountered when the item was returned to us. We will ONLY give credit after the item has been returned to us. If the item is not returned to us (lost in mail) we cannot apply for compensation, and therefor we cannot give any credit. Insurance on posted items is only valid for when we send the item to you, not when they are sending the item back to us.
For this reason, please check the tracking number every couple of days, even if you think you will be home at the time of delivery!

What happens if my item is defective?
We check every single product before dispatch, if you receive any products that are genuinely faulty on delivery and we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item, we will replace it without any hassle. Just send us an e-mail,quote your order number and give us a detailed description of the problem (please give us one, maximum two, working days to respond, although we are usually very fast within 12 hours) and we'll get to work helping you fix your problem. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.Our customer service department will send you the return address as soon as possible after the mutual negotiation.The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, however if the product is indeed found defective, we will ship it back to you at our cost. If the product is not found to be defective, there will be a shipping fee to send it back.Shipping costs are not refundable by any means.You can email or call us direclty and there will be a representative who is glad to help you. Please don’t physically send the product back to us without telling us in advance. buy-sexy-lingerie reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.Please note that we only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by buy-sexy-lingerie.com. Damaged items not caused by buy-sexy-lingerie.com cannot warrant a full refund. If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund. When the package finally returns to our office, we will examine the item and offer a complete refund if the above required conditions is met.If you return a new item that has been opened and is not defective, we will send the item back after you have paid for return postage.If you return an item that is out of stock, we obviously cannot provide you with a replacement. Some options are: swapping it with a similar product, store credit.
Please note: we couldn't accept any refund if you return the items to the wrong address because of not contacting with us in advance.

Can I change my order, or get a refund, I don't really want it anymore (dont like the color,dont like the style, size etc)?
No, sorry. We understand that people change their mind, make the wrong choices etc. We put as much information on our site as possible, if you are not sure about something, please feel free to ask us. Buy-sexy-lingerie does not accept returns for products unless they are faulty - otherwise we would be selling a bunch of second hand product to everyone, and we will never do that!
All Buy-sexy-lingerie stock is 100% new in the condition that we get them from the manufacturer who make them. The only fingerprints on item are from the packer who has dispatched your item. This policy should give our customers the confidence that they are getting what they paid.
Please note that No returns or refunds on item(s) such hosiery items. However, there is a 50% discount if you'd like to re-order this item in a different size.

How about reduplicative orders and incorrect orders?
If you send two or more same orders at the same time by mistake, if we dont ship out them yet, we can refund you one or all of them as you quest.If you want to cancel your incorrect orders, as long as we don't ship them out yet, we can send you the refund.
